Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you’re not satisfied for any reason, we make returns and exchanges simple and hassle-free.
Order Cancellations
- If your order has not shipped, you may modify or cancel it within 24 hours of payment. Please email support@vemoveLy.com with your order number.
- After 24 hours, orders are usually processed and cannot be cancelled once shipped.
Returns & Exchanges (30-Day Window)
- 30-day hassle-free return or exchange on all orders; if you selected the wrong size, you’ll be responsible for the return shipping, and the item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached.
- Return shipping is covered by us. We will provide a prepaid return label for U.S. returns.
- Before sending anything back, please email us at support@vemoveLy.com . This helps us match your package and speed up processing.
- Items should be returned in new, unworn and unwashed condition with original tags/packaging (where applicable). Try-ons at home are okay.
Refunds
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3 business days after the returned items are received and inspected.
- Your bank or Shopify payments may take additional time to post the credit (typically 3–7 business days for cards; PayPal may post sooner).
- If you return the entire order, any original shipping fee you paid (if applicable) is also refunded.
Exchanges
- Exchanges are available for size/color or a different item of equal value (subject to stock). If the requested item is unavailable, we’ll process a refund instead.
- Exchange requests follow the same RMA process as returns—please email support@vemoveLy.com.
How to Start a Return
- Email support@vemoveLy.com with your order number and what you’d like to return or exchange. (Photos help if there’s damage/defect.)
- Pack your item(s) securely and drop off the package per the label instructions.
